The organisers of the Pirelli Carlisle Rally, the next round of both the Mintex MSA British Historic Rally Championship and the West Wales Rally Spares R.A.C. Rally Championship, have added an event designed specifically for clubman competitors which offers the great opportunity to compete over the legendary Kielder Forest stages for a bargain, low priced entry fee. Like the main event, the Pirelli Carlisle Clubmans Challenge will be a “super compact” rally, based at Kielder where the start, service area and rally finish will be located, it will feature some 25 miles in classic Kielder territory. with just 20 road miles included and all for a cut price £249 entry fee, giving competitors on a budget the opportunity to sample the legendary stages, compare their times with the top crews running in the main event and soak up the atmosphere on what is bound to be a great rallying occasion.
